so another person is going to be charged for murder all because of a dumb reason. victoria is going away because she doesn't want anybody to know that her and billy were doing the nasty when adam got whacked. if you remember about 5 years ago, ashley faced a murder wrap when she took the blame for tom fisher's murder rather than john. i know that victoria didn't want this to get out so that jt wouldn't use this in reed's custody case, but come on, enough is enough. hey victoria...tell the truth. its not like anyone on the show hasn't done the deed with somebody that wasn't considered the scum of the earth.

i can't believe that adam is gone because he added so much drama to the show. i guess the true killer is starting to be revealed as nick. i wonder how everything will play out.

i'm guessing the person that lauren shot last year was sugar. if you remember, sugar was the guard in the jail that shelia befriended and later convinced her to get plastic surgery to look like her. i'm guessing she convinced her again to get more surgery to look like phyllis. so now...i'm guessing that shelia decided to get surgery to look like lauren. wow, what a storyline. i don't know about you but i wouldn't trust paul to investigate anything worthwhile because it seems that so much is missed by him.

so now we have two characters that have gotten surgery to look like two other characters. i'm thinking the writers have beaten this "look a like" story to death. its time to move on.

soap alert

we're about to get a new heather stevens. the actress was downgraded to a "reocurring role" and she finally left on her own accord.

lily is preggo and she's going to be taking a little break. she prerecord her scenes so her absence is probably going to be short lived on tv.

amber moore is out...finally. she was annoying.

it looks like the club is going to be another "clear springs" repeat. once again it looks like there will be a massive explosion with several people injured and with one dead body on the scene. i'm thinking that adam is getting more and more insane. in the past you could see the main purpose of adams actions was to get back at victor, but now he seems to taken a darker path putting in question his mental sanity. if i where him, i would have gotten the heck out of dodge. it was nice to finally see the mystery come to light when he admitted everything to sharon.

will the mystery woman ever show herself? you talk about a story that seems to be dragging out. i do have to wonder if that now that daisy and ryder have been found out, will that allow jana to be located quicker?

do you think adam is going to die? kelly made a prediction about him because if you noticed there has been alot of threats made about him. nick threatened him in the hospital with a cop in the room and jack threatened him in the club with the d.a. listening.

hate him, love him, or love to hate him, adam is a great character that makes y&r worth watching...

I KNEW IT! it looks like a slam dunk case for the people v adam newman may have a few twists. i knew that adam was going to use patty for his gain. i just had no idea that it was going to happen today because usually this stuff doesn't air until fridays. i'm thinking a nice padded cell for adam...or could he reveal information to ashley in return for immunity?

i think victoria and billy are heating up the scene with the "i hate you, but love you" attitude. is jt really going for mac because he is having feelings for her or is he just wanting that "wife/mother" piece back into his life?

chole saying no to chase? do you think it is because she thinks he is too good for her? it seems that she has a pattern for the bad boy types, but will she use that to shatter any dreams that she could have for him?

you can't say blackmail without "adam." i don't think there is a situation that he won't try to take advange of. i think patty is about to be adam's best friend. i can already see it now, adam will threaten her to move him to a nice padded room in exchange for his silence. its going to be interesting who and how the beans are spilled.

will ashley go crazy after losing faith?

i know that this didn't happen today but when will shelia step on the scene publicly? i'm ready for her to step into the spotlight and really take charge. i think if i was in jana's shoes when she was found by ryder and daisy after escaping that i would have attacked like a cornered racoon. i think that ryder will end up saving the day because you can see that he is not 100% ok with this plan.

did emily plant a "seed" in jack's memory when she shouted out about the time they went ice skating? did you notice that patty never caught on and didn't mention that "they" went skating before the switch? is jack's meeting about business or is he going to secretly meet emily?

why did adam leave out billy's involvement at the cabin? i wonder if adam has a hidden agenda or is he being nice not to mention billy to his mother. adam could get away with it. i wonder how it will all play out.

will patty become adam's newest ally? the second he started talking about the newmans turning on jack, her antenna went up. keeping adam out of jail will keep his character alive in y&r. i wonder what will happen next with him. you got to give him credit for how he was pouring it on thick when sharon was with him. he has the ability to read her like a book and play the emotion card with her.

i'm not going to lie to you, the lily/cane relationship has gotten really dull. lately, i have found myself fast forwarding every scene with them in it. i did happen to catch the conversation she had with him in billy's trailer. i'll give credit where credit is due and say that she really made sense when she told cane to turn himself in because she couldn't live in fear that he could get hauled off any moment. i think that their destination will be australia in the upcoming weeks.

poor, poor, phyllis. i thought that the night when adam was confronted at the cabin she was going to come to his rescue because if the whole truth came out then that would put her marriage in jeopardy. you know that nick already left her once for sharon, what's to stop him from doing it again? i bet she's wishing she could go back in time a couple of weeks and change everything.

March Madness

Just so you know, we are very upset with the disruption of our beloved Y&R due to March Madness. It truly is madness. :-(

Ashleys Tragedy

I dont know about you, but as witchy as Ashley can be sometimes, she is one of my favorite female characters on Y&R. She's professional and not nearly as emotionally driven as the other damsels in distress. So, for me, this past summer's story line of her going crazy was disappointing. I much prefer the Ashley who is not scared to tell off Victor or confront the man who has taken control of her family's company having never been introduced. She's confident. She's educated. She doesnt allow nepotism to give her positions within a company... she earns them (what a novel idea that the newman brats could perhaps consider?!). Obviously, I like her.

So you can imagine my disappointment as I watched yesterdays previews for today. Ashley, run?! Like Jack, I was already picturing her feeding an empty blanket. The thought of watching her run from the most recent tragedy (admittedly the worst in this series of tragedies that is her life) bothered me. It more than bothered me.

Skip forward to today's episode. And picture my heart swell with pride as i watched my favorite gal rise to the occasion and return home after contemplating making a dash for it while she could. While i am sympathetic to her situation (and i, myself would probably run to the far corners of the earth to keep my baby with me), I was proud to see her face it head on.

Now thats the Ashley I like to see.

i really didn't think that they were going to find adam so quickly. i would have thought that he was going to take off for a couple of weeks if not months while the rest of the family sorted things out. i am curious of his future though. he already did the jail thing and the house arrest stint, so what's next? when he suffered head trauma i would have paid you money that he was going to suffer from some kind of amnesia.

i knew that the custody of the baby was going to lead to some drama. if i were you, i would buy some stock in dna testing industry because of all the tests that are being done in genoa city.

you can only imagine what was going through phyllis' mind when nick was telling her that he was going to be there for both her and summer while being a dad to faith. he has left her before, what makes her think that he wouldn't do it again?

phyllis newman

right now she is not my favorite character on the show, but i do feel a little sorr for her. she's nick's #1 squeeze, unless sharon is roaming around. lets be honest here, its not in sharon's nature to be alone. i started watching y&r in 2005 so i've have seen her relationships with nick, brad, jack, adam, and i know there was a diego somewhere before then. there's no wonder that phyllis thought long and hard about burning the note (which later we learned she didn't) that dr. taylor wrote ashley because she knew that this baby would potentionally ruin her marriage. poor phyllis, always on guard and has to sleep with one eye open to keep her marriage alive.

adam's demise

i don't know about you, but i like adam. i think that he is the perfect victor 2.0 that brings the most drama into the show. i have been happy for about 95% of his character. ashley's miscarriage and homosexual storylines was not one of my favorites for him.

he has had it rough since coming to genoa city. first, nick and victoria was cold to him when his mother died. victoria even went so far as to kicking him off the ranch when victor was believed to have been killed. he has done nothing but been on the defensive since the "chosen children" refused to give him a chance. what do you think?
